Cattle Breeds Challenge is an educational website designed to help users learn how to identify cattle breeds.
The game is designed, developed and maintained by Philippe DELBOUYS, in a personal capacity and during his free time, particularly during leave and holiday periods. He also developed the application Concours pointage.
The Lycée Agricole de Pamiers only provides technical hosting for the website. It is not the publisher of the game content unless otherwise stated or approved.

The publication director is the legal representative of the EPL de l’Ariège, namely the head of the institution.

The educational design, technical development and management of the game content are carried out by Philippe DELBOUYS, in a personal capacity.

The website is technically hosted by the Lycée Agricole de Pamiers, which provides the hosting space or domain used by the project.

Purpose of the website
Cattle Breeds Challenge is an educational resource intended for agricultural education and for anyone wishing to practise identifying cattle breeds from photographs.
Personal data and leaderboard
When a player submits a score, the website records only the information required to create the leaderboard: nickname, town or city, level played, score, time, number of errors and date of the game.
These data are used only to display the Cattle Breeds Challenge leaderboard. They are not sold, disclosed to third parties or used for commercial purposes.
Players are asked to use a nickname and not to enter their surname.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any person may request access to, rectification of or deletion of information concerning them by writing to: LEGTA de Pamiers, Philippe DELBOUYS, route de Belpech, 09100 Pamiers.
Photo credits and contributions
Some photographs used in the game and cattle breed encyclopedia are contributed by breeders, farms, organisations, breed associations, agricultural institutions or photographers.
Selected photographs are credited with the name supplied by the contributor and, where applicable, a link to a website or profile page.
By submitting a photograph, the contributor confirms that they created the image or hold the rights required to authorise its use. They grant Cattle Breeds Challenge permission to use the photograph free of charge for the educational website, game and cattle breed encyclopedia.
A contributor may request the removal of a photograph by writing to the contact address shown on the website.
Intellectual property
Cattle Breeds Challenge is an educational tool designed by Philippe DELBOUYS in a personal capacity to provide a useful training resource for agricultural education.
Unless otherwise stated, the educational texts and original content of the website may be reused under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
This licence does not apply to photographs credited to third parties, which remain the property of their respective authors. It also does not apply to the website’s technical components, source code, logos or content from external sources, which remain subject to their own rights and licences.
